Refunds, Repairs, Returns & Purchase Policy


AVAILABILITY & ORDERING POLICY:

Please be aware all Goldish items are made to order in New York City and may take up to a week to be prepared for shipment (including the date of order). We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window of 1 to 2 weeks.

 

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time. We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

 

Please note that any Goldish items you see on the official @BEGOLDISH Instagram are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at support@begoldish.com

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

 

Can I return my newly purchased items?

•Yes, we offer returns on new items within 7 days of receiving your order (from the date your shipment arrives)

 

What happens if I want to return my items after 7 days?

•We offer store credit on new items within 14 days of receiving your order

*Payment will be refunded upon confirmation of receiving the returned product. 

*We do not cover shipping cost for returned or exchanged items.

REPAIRS:

How much does it cost to repair?

•Repair fee is a minimum of $15, and can be increased depending on the item & level of damage.

What should you do when sending an item in for repair?

•Please attach a note inside with all your personal details - including your order number. 

 

What to know about retrieving your item from repair?

•Repairs can take up to 2 weeks to complete - from the time the item is received by our office.

•You can pick up your repair from our New York City shop [71 Murray street, Goldish, New York, NY, 10007] 

•If we need to ship your repair back, we can ship it an extra cost, which can very depending on your address. 

•We will either call, email or send a text message to notify you when the piece is ready. (Depending on our available contact information for you)

 

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:

•All shipping rates are calculated through UPS. We are not responsible for the delivery date of your package once it has been dropped at UPS.

•We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

•Our goal is to ship the order within 7 days of receiving it. 

•Orders placed anytime between Friday 3pm and Sunday will only be processed Monday morning.
