What are your delivery times?

How much will shipping cost?

All shipping rates are calculated through UPS at the time of checkout. For any special shipping needs please contact us at support@begoldish.com

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes! Goldish ships worldwide.

We ship via UPS. We do not deliver to PO box addresses. For international shipping if you prefer any other carrier please call us at +1 (212) 233 8690 or email support@begoldish.com in advance of placing your order.

International Taxes and Duties

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

How do I track my order?

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time. We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled at anytime prior to shipping.

If we have already purchased a shipping label in preparation for shipment, the cost of shipment will not be refunded.

Yes, we offer returns on new items within 7 days of receiving your order (from the date your shipment arrives).

Can I exchange my newly purchased items?

Yes, we offer store credit on new items purchased within 14 days of receiving your order (from the date your shipment arrives).

Can I repair my Goldish jewlery?

Yes, we charge minimum repair fee of $15. Depending on the item & level of damage this repair fee can be higher.

*Repairs can take up to 2 weeks to complete - from the time the item is received by our office.

How to retrieve my repaired items?

If we need to ship your repair back, shipping costs will very depending on your return address. Please provide a return shipping label or we can purchase on your behalf via UPS.

Repairs can also be picked up in person from our New York City location.

Where is Goldish Jewelry Made?

All Goldish jewelry products are handmade in our workshop located in downtown New York City!

What is 14k Gold-Filled?

14k gold-filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of 14k gold mechanically bonded to a base metal, typically brass. This layer of gold constitutes at least 5% of the jewelry's total weight, providing a durable and affordable alternative to solid gold. Gold-filled jewelry has a thicker layer of gold compared to gold-plated items, making it more resistant to tarnishing and wear. With proper care, 14k gold-filled pieces can last a lifetime.

Cleaning Goldish Jewelry
  • Use a toothpaste that is baking soda-based or warm water with baking soda. Gently scrub the jewelry with a soft toothbrush or cleaning brush. Depending on cleanliness you can leave in for longer. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and soap.
  • Dip for a few seconds in fresh squeezed lemon juice and then thoroughly wash with clean water. dray with a soft cloth
  • Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the gold surface.
