Availability & Ordering Policy:

Our unique jewelry is meticulously handmade in New York City. Please allow up to 7 days* for your order to be prepared for shipment, including the date of order. We understand the importance of timely delivery and aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible**. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we kindly request your understanding and patience during the production window.

*depending on current production volume, certain items may take up to 1 week to be ready for production from our workshop
**our goal is always to ship orders within 1-3 days of receiving the order

Once your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout, you will receive an automated email containing your invoice. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time, as the email may be redirected there.

If you cannot find a specific item on our website but have seen it on our official @BEGOLDISH Instagram accounts, please reach out to us at support@begoldish.com. We will be happy to assist you in purchasing the desired item.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Goldish purchase. Therefore, we offer the following options:

  • Return on new items within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Store credit on new items within 14 days of receiving your order

Shipping, Taxes, and Duties:

All shipping rates are calculated through UPS, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of your Goldish jewelry.

For international orders, please be aware that any applicable taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, the taxes, duties, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
